As the former Staff Training and Development Director at Haymarket Center in Chicago, IL, he led the development of an IAODAPCA Accredited CADC Preparatory Training Program, equipping countless professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in drug and alcohol counseling. Rick's leadership extended to coordinating Men's Services, where he oversaw a range of critical programs, providing supervision, support, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Rick's commitment to excellence continued as he served as a Counselor Co-ed IOP, facilitating therapeutic groups, conducting clinical treatment planning, and maintaining patient charts to exacting quality assurance standards.
